Product Questions
Does your Nano-Pad fit your needs in comparison to other similar products?
Our product is pure and developed to be of a High Standard and have the “WOW Factor” automatically. Many have tried to simulate the crazy vacuum effect of the Nano-Pad but with no avail.
Does your Nano-Pad lose its grip? No it cannot – No Glue – There are no Softeners! – No Residue!
100% – Nano Technology with UV-protection is what you are now using. What more do you want? Nano-Pad made from Polyurethane, the item can be used over and over again. It is recommended that the Nano-Pads be used on hard flat surfaces free of oily substances up to 80˚Angles. Please make sure the item you place on the Nano-Pad also has a hard flat surface. Incase it does get dirty… Don’t wipe it – just rinse with sunlight liquid soap under warmish water and drip-dry – SEE FOR YOURSELF!
How should I wash my Nano-Pad?
Wash softly with liquid soap (Sunlight Liquid) and rinse well with water then Drip-dry for best result.
Can I print on my own Nano-Pad?
We strongly advise not to print on the Nano-Pad. Only Printed Nano-Pads approved with the Logo or Brand will be the original product of Inotec. Digital Nano-Pads approved on corporate Nano-pads are – Inotec Nano-Pads.
Delivery Questions
How much does your delivery cost?
Delivery charges are based on the total order amount, parcel size, location and method of delivery selected. As of now we will charge a rate of 45 ZAR for national orders.
Do you deliver to International addresses or P.O. Boxes?
Our shop is available for South-African Costumers only.

How long will it take before I receive my order?
Orders are processed by batch every 3. working day and ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Please allow 1-3 business days for Domestic order processing, before your package is on its way.
Please note that all orders placed after 11:59 AM (UTC/GMT +2) will be considered as being placed on the following business day. In addition, an order placed after 12:00 AM on Thursday will be despatched by Tuesday. Please allow 2 – 3 days for courier, door to door service. Orders are not processed, dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Where can I send my return?
We are in the fortunate advantage that we have not had any returns other than torn returns of being ripped from the Nano-Pad packaging. Remove your Nano-Pad gently from the packaging. Please notify us via email, before returning a product. Please send authorised returns & exchanges to:

Miscellaneous Questions
Can you print our logo with our own design or company logo?
Yes – that is why we want you to have Nano-Pads to hand to your Clients. The purpose of Nano-Pad is to ask them to stick with your company.
Does Nano-Pad sell their products to other companies?
